Domestic Orders (Within UAE)

All orders are shipped via Aramex.

Please allow up to one business day for a tracking number to be issued when applicable.

If a purchase is complete before 8:00 am, the order will be packed and shipped the same day.

In Stock Items

Orders over AED 180 will be shipped free of charge via courier. Please allow between 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. 

Out of Stock Items

Items which are currently on backorder will be shipped as per the estimated arrival date on the associated product page. We will do our best to keep you updated during each step of the order process.

Regional Orders

We deliver our products to all Middle East, GCC and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (Aramex).
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 3 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries.

UAE Delivery fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 28 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Cash on Delivery orders will incur additional charges of AED 22.
